Physical
Inspection
We will instruct a RICS surveyor to complete a physical inspection and valuation of the property, typically within 48 hours.
We will complete our internal desktop checks at the Land Registry of the title plans and register.

Final
Valuation
Within 24 hours of receipt of the physical survey and valuation, we will confirm one of three possibilities:
- Our valuation is as agreed, and your loan will be paid immediately.
- We will issue a revised offer for your approval.
- If we are unable to lend, we will confirm the fact.
Solicitors will be instructed to proceed to immediate completion.
