Physical
Inspection
Deliver your prestige watch to one or our designated valuer vault to enable the recorded physical inspection.
If preferable, allow us to collect it from you with our complementary UPS fully insured courier service.
Is your watch or collection already in professional storage? For your peace of mind, it can be left in situ for the duration of your loan.

Final
Valuation
Within 24 hours of our physical inspection, we will confirm one of three possibilities:
- Our valuation is as agreed, and your loan will be paid immediately.
- We will issue a revised offer for your approval.
- (Where we are unable to lend) we will be returning your watch to you.
Manufacturer, Model & Age
There is no fixed formula for what makes a fine watch retain its value. Classic-looking timepieces tend to hold their worth the best, since timeless design appeals to the widest audience.
Provenance & Presentation
Presenting your watch in the original presentation box together with the original paperwork, serial no., and receipt of purchase/ record will, without fail, increase the valuation total – and help get it to you all the more promptly.
Condition & Service History
Providing the service history will guarantee the optimal valuation, since servicing helps maintain the value. We will also consider any dents, blemishes, replacement parts, and restorations.

Delivery or Collection
Before a final valuation can be provided, our in-house expert will do a detailed physical assessment. The appraisal process, completed by two experts simultaneously, will be recorded on CCTV for transparency.
Post assessment, we will provide a detailed accurate appraisal document via email.
To transport your luxury watch safely to us, you may:
Deliver your watch to our designated valuer or make an appointment to bring your watch [s] to our London Office.
Or allow us to collect it from you via our complimentary UPS fully insured up to £50,000 courier service. We will send you a specialist pre-paid envelope for your watch and it will be fully insured during transportation
If your watch is believed to be worth over £50,000
For higher-value pieces, we provide a fully insured ‘white glove’ collection service throughout Great Britain, at an additional cost – as us for details.
Care
When a fine watch is in our care, we take every step necessary to look after it, and return it in the exact condition in which it was received.
Only our valuation specialists and inventory managers will handle your piece(s).
- Receive a condition report for each piece on the day of receipt.
- Your asset(s) will be stored in protective packaging in a highly-secure insured vault.
Return
On completion of your loan: Your watch(s) will be safely returned via our complementary UPS fully insured courier service.
